Natural Diamond Warranty

The diamonds and jewelry sold by GemLab NSDGR LLC (TIN 9703010802, PSRN 1207700108110) are made of 100% authentic untreated natural colored diamonds of a consistently high quality and value unless clearly stated otherwise. Independent laboratory certificates from GIA, EGL, AGS, HRD, IGI or MSU are obtainable upon request for all diamonds and colored gemstones, however additional charges may apply.

This warranty covers each item of fine jewelry for defects in manufacturing only, and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear, physical or accidental abuse, loss and theft. This warranty is valid only at GemLab NSDGR LLC (TIN 9703010802, PSRN 1207700108110) Improper repairs or warranty services performed by someone other than GemLab NSDGR LLC (TIN 9703010802, PSRN 1207700108110) will render this warranty null and void. GemLab NSDGR LLC (TIN 9703010802, PSRN 1207700108110) disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of this item, including its merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
